Community-mindedness has always been at the heart of my life and work. My roots in 4-H clubs taught me the value of finding common ground, practicing mutual respect, and showing up with integrity—especially in challenging moments. These lessons continue to guide how I communicate, how I serve, and how I care for each customer I work with.

When you work with me, you can expect the best of that practice: respectful and thoughtful intake, honest conversations about your options, and ongoing support throughout your healing process.

That said, herbal medicine is a collaborative effort. Even the most effective remedy needs a real opportunity to work. There are two things I ask of my customers:

Commitment – Take your medicine regularly and consistently.
Communication – If challenges arise, please let me know. I’m here to help, but I can only support what I know about.

Since 2013, I’ve had the honor of helping people navigate some of their deepest and most personal challenges. I approach every conversation and every formula with the respect, discretion, and care you deserve. The details you share with me—whether during an intake process, through email, or in any form of communication—are held in strict confidence. Your personal information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to anyone without your explicit consent.

This is a safe space. My practice is built on honesty, mutual respect, and confidentiality. I take that responsibility seriously and treat it as a core part of the healing work we do together.
